Yes. You can manage your cellar, track the maturity of your wines and view your statistics for free. You get 50 smart scans to get started, then 3 credits every month for scans and food pairings. Club Vinara, a monthly or yearly subscription, makes them unlimited.

No, not to create your first cellar and scan your first bottles on your phone. An account then backs up your cellar in the cloud: you get it back on a new phone or on several devices at once, and you can share it. The web version does require an account.

Vinara works on iPhone and Android, and on computers in your browser. The app is available in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch.

Yes. Open app.vinara.app in your browser and sign in with the same account as on your phone: your cellar is there, synced, on a big screen. The label scanner and Club subscriptions stay in the mobile app.

Every appellation has an ageing potential, which also depends on the wine's colour. Vinara applies it to your bottle's vintage to work out its drinking window. You can adjust it if you know the wine well.

Yes. The scanner recognizes wines, spirits, beers and ciders, and you can store all of them in your cellar.

Yes. Invite a partner or a friend by email: you manage the same cellar, each from your own phone or computer.

Yes, you can export your data to Excel (.xlsx) at any time, for free.

Yes, on your phone: after a first connection, everything works offline except detecting new labels and suggesting new food pairings. Your changes sync as soon as you are back online. The web version needs an internet connection.

Your cellar is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase) servers. Label photos are analysed there, then kept with the wine's record: deleting the record deletes its photos. To improve the app, we measure how it is used (Google Analytics for Firebase) and when it crashes (Crashlytics), linked to your account. Vinara shows no ads. On Android, the app shares the phone's advertising ID with Google so we can tell which Vinara ads bring in new users; you can delete it in Android settings.

In the app, open “My account” then “Delete my account”, also on app.vinara.app. This is permanent: your cellars, your wines and all your other data are deleted.
