What is Vinara?

Why is a Vinara account necessary?

Your cellar is saved in real time on the cloud. A Vinara account is therefore necessary to be able to find your cellar in case of a phone change.

You can use your Vinara account on several devices simultaneously.

Is an Internet connection necessary?

An Internet connection is essential to initially connect to your Vinara account. It will then be possible to use Vinara completely offline. Your cellar will be synchronized each time an Internet connection is detected.

What about confidentiality?

The Vinara application does not perform any tracking for advertising purposes.

All images captured via the scanner are processed on the cloud and then stored on Vinara's servers if they remain associated with a wine's file. The images are deleted when the user deletes the associated file.

In order to study user engagement, the application may use trackers to collect anonymous data (number of daily users, percentage of new users, duration of the visit...). This anonymized data cannot and is not used for advertising purposes by Vinara or third parties.

How to delete my account?

You can easily delete your account via the Vinara application from the "My Account" > "Delete my account" menu.

Deleting your account is a definitive action, all your cellars, your wines, and all other data will be deleted.
