What is a wine's peak?
It is the period when a wine shows its very best: its aromas have come together and its fruit has not yet faded. It lasts a few years for a rosé, sometimes several decades for a great age-worthy red.

Yes. If you know a wine or its producer well, adjust its ageing on its page: its phase and cues update.
What do I need to enter for each wine?
The appellation and vintage are enough. Scan the label or type them in: the drinking window is worked out straight away.
